Islamic Centers would have classes in the History and Culture of... Islam.
And, the Center itself would take on the "flavour" of the local Community...
So...
The festivities, arts and food would pretty much be dependant upon...
The National Ethnicity of the greater majority of those who would be attending...
-- With the Central Emphasis always being on... Islam.
