It is a substantiated fact. One that you're either not able to accept or not understand. Based on the evidences that's been shown, the inability to understand is the leading hypothesis with the prognosis that this is a chronic, although not terminal, condition.

Substantiation: None.


-it is not what you (think you) know that matters, it is what you can show true that does
after all, truth is demonstrably fact and fact is demonstrably true - everything else ... mere opinion-
