Response to "The Jews don't believe in Jesus because..."

the Jesus of my imagination was never wholly from my imagination, but the part that was not yet revealed had to be:

as I grew in Grace, Jesus became more and more clear to me and this transformed my imagination to an experience of reality of Jesus in me and I being baptized into HIS NAME

in a good story you take on the characters feelings and thoughts but then you read, "THE END" and its over. If it was a really good story, it may stay with you for awhile and you may even borrow some of its ideas, ideals or dialogue, but it still can't not completely take you over for long:

THE STORY OF THE BIBLE however is written in such a way that it we do take on the characters so much that we begin to DESIRE them more and more and more till a WAY, DOOR, KEY is given to us to OPEN what none can open.....IDENTIFICATION with the consciousness of the written character, who happens to be GOD.....in Christ revealing himself in us

the break through has to happen FROM ABOVE to below, meaning from the source to the character the source is making rather than the other way around:

the biggest reason to consider Jesus even if you don't believe in him is that HE IS SO different than any human character we ever read about:

he does things that are miraculous and says things that few people ever considered doing and certainly wanting to do for any length of time....

Jesus only intrigues those who are ready to RISE TO A HIGHER consciousness, and those who don't want to rise there, tire of him and find him too difficult to understand.....and move on....to something more "realistic" and reasonable, hence more in line with what they already understand

faith in God is a fruit of the spirit which is why it has to be GIVEN from the spirit.....to us

and God does indeed author faith in us when we are "READY" to receive it....because he witholds NO GOOD THING

if we are not ready to receive it, we are WELCOME to continue to "REASON" out reality and find our answers within reason as long as we are able to......

sooner or later reason will let us down but who are we going to tell?
