Response to Most scholars believe "virgin" is a mistranslation

Taken from Isaiah 7:14...
Means, "young woman".

The Hebrew word for "Virgin"...
Is, "bethulah.

Surely Isaiah would have known the difference...
And, if he had MEANT "Virgin"...
He would have used the correct word... "bethulah".

But, he didn't.
He used the word for "young woman"... "almah".

The later permutations of that word...
Through a more ambiguous translation into the Greek... "parthenos"...
-- which can mean either a "Virgin" OR a "young woman"...
Transitioning into the Latin, "Virgo-Intacta"...
-- with the clearly evident meaning of... "Virgin"...
Is how we have come to receive the Interpretation of Traditional Christianity...
-- A religion with roots firmly planted in Pagan Mythologies...
-- Where demi-gods, sired by Deities...
-- Through their tawdry liasons with Young, Nubile, Mortal, Virgin Women...
-- Was pretty much the religious norm...
Regarding Mary as a "bethulah" - "Virgin"...
Rather than an "almah" - "young woman".

Which is why I worded My Initial Response to this in the way that I did...
By stating that...
Mary was a "virgin" only in-so-much-as she was...
-- A "Young Woman".
The connotation that she was "virgo-intacta"...
Has been brought about entirely through...
-- Misunderstanding...
-- Misinterpretation...
And...
-- Misdirection
The transition from "almah" to "parthenos"...
Created a Misunderstanding...
Which led to a Misinterpretation...
Resulting in the Latin translation to "virgo-intacta"...
Requiring later Christian Apologists to indulge in much Misdirection...
In their efforts to cover the error...
And...
-- Maintain the Fiction of a "Virgin" birth.

And now we have people like Y/Z...
Basing their erroneous "understanding"...
On the foundation of an erroneous mistranslation...
All the while Insisting that...
Somehow...
-- Two Wrongs make it... Right...?

Go figger.
