You claimed: The people who practice it (atheism) and the countries who promote it are found to disregard human rights and existence and have no positive agenda, living by mis-information, control and repression of the masses.

... to which Mondo asked you for examples. You didn't even attempt to answer Mondo's question.

Was his question incomprehensible? Or simply inconvenient?

Either way, you failed to answer a direct question. That says alot.
