It's amazing. You see the actual definition in your dictionary that says a theory is "an accepted principle or body of principles that uses empirical evidence to explain phenomenon"...

Doc, "empirical evidence" simply means that's the best we can figure it out so far. It does not mean FACT.
We know for a FACT that gravity and electricity exist. But we don't know as a matter of FACT what it is. Do you comprehend that?
"Empirical Evidence" is like saying "Supreme Court".. Its total BS.
If science is your base of mind, I have news for you. Science is always changing, and so are our THEORIES. There's your "Empirical Fact".
