The point you seem to be making is that Rev 13:8 proves that God decided the destruction of those not in the book of life from the " foundation" or at the start of creating the earth.
One of the reason for not believing that, is that the term for translating the Greek Kosmos in english is world.
Although in some case Kosmos can stand for the earth, it has also many other meanings in the bible,or it can mean the universe, or the sum total of persons living in the world, or an order of things, or mankind as a whole or human society. It can even mean something as innocuous as "adornment" this meaning is even often used today for eg. in cosmetics.
That is one reason I disagree with your interpretation of this text, another is that it is not in accord with the context of the rest of the Bible on this subject,since the context suggest another meaning entirely.
