      ... involving grapeskins and passing out.

      In process of mastering wine making, someone remarked that it might be a good idea to remove the skins of the grapes before further processing. However, since they were already in process of turning grapes into wine, the fumes released caused them to pass out. Then, when they came by, they remembered some stuff about removing, fore and skin.

      And that's how the process of removing foreskins came about.
