is not the same thing as atrophy, LOL. There ARE some similarities, mind you.
Entropy is like a sand glass. You turn the sand glass over and you have all the sand at the top. The sand then FLOWS from a higher level to a lower level. As the sand goes down on the top, it flows slower and slower but eventually, the last few grains DO dribble out of the hole and lay at the bottom. Now the sand glass is in a state of equilibrium. Nothing more is happening with it .............. until you turn it over again.
