  • Tithing is taxation - maybe insurance too?

      Many people complain that their taxes are much too high, yet they keep paying a lot of their money to clergy. Is it worth it? Or did somebody infer, without proof, that tithing is an insurance for a better kind of existence(?) after they are dead?
