      Pure garbage. I smoked three large packs of Export "A" a day when I became a Christian. I went cold turkey within a week and never had a cigarette since. That's 40 years.

      It's called FAITH Bob. You don't sit around and talk about quitting ...You just quit and fill in the time you would be having a cigarette reading the Bible ESPECIALLY the Epistles of Paul. Then you'll not only have beaten one crap habit, but you'll gain knowledge besides.
