      Actually, biological evolution has been observed, and it's been proven in the laboratory and in the wild. While the mechanisms that drive it are still being studied, there is no debate in the scientific community that species evolve from earlier species.

      If evolution wasn't true, viruses wouldn't be able to become resistant to medicine, and nothing in genetics would make sense.

      You are forgetting Einstein's theories on gravitation. In some cases, they contradict Newton's observations, especially in regards to quantum mechanics.
