"Sign up today to get your very own Free Forum where you are the admin and control it all!"
"Unlimited Members and Posts - No limitations on growth!"

2) Set up forum according to your inspiration!

3) Announce it in this subforum. Advertise it here and there.

4) Wait while people visit and congratulate you on your achievement.

5) See forum quickly die.

I bet there are literally 50-200 such dead forums. Similar to the "I am writing my own OP system" graveyard.
