Qbasic.com completely renovated

Our site is still used as the Forum, but Mark has fixed other things on a new server.

Fixed the downloads section which had a bug.

Added a new member Chat section that should work better than ours.

Looking for a person who would like to write editorials (approved).

I'd do it, but I doubt any of mine would be approved LOL.
