New stock for my HW97...

I got this stock for $260.00 in Myrtle wood. Looked great when I dropped the action in. It was very front heavy while shooting though. So I took two 5" pieces of 3/4" steel rod and drilled out the butt and put the metal bars in. Now it balances perfectly for me. It's to the point where I do not rest the gun on my arm across the knee anymore, but just rest the forearm right on my knee. It's more stable and I get less movement now. My groups are tightening up a lot with it this way.
