The Cajuns match was awesome. Couldn't be better. David Bare and I shot in the 80% range with a much improved score than the previous year. With a 33 Troyer factor on both courses, it seemed fairly easy to me except for the standing shots of which I missed 3 out of 8. Maybe I'm just getting more relaxed while shooting field target.
Now it's time to get ready for the ROT (Republic of Texas) match in Somerville. It's sponsored by the Central Texas & Yegua Airgun Clubs. They have a new range and I'm excited to go there. It should be me, David McMillan, Ricky & Mary going this year as well As a "maybe" on David Bare.
After that, it's our own AAFTA match on May 27th here in Kermit. So it's an exciting two months of some great Field Target shooting!
