Altagracia was arrested cuz Yvonne made a statement to the police that she brought the bag which contains the wedding gown to the mansion Del Toro by the order of Berenice . It was actually Yvonne who was running around in the bloody wedding gown, scaring everybody in the town also by the order of Berenice.
Berenice thought that by scaring people in the town, she and Altagracia could live in peace.
