He's a smug & a 'know-it-all'. I bet a guy like him thinks that women are suppose to be lower than men. I mean, how could a police official just accuse somebody without any solid proof. He just based on his instinct which is always wrong! After yesterday's incident (yesterday they accidently shoot Carmen Rosaura cuz LMdJ tricked them and only Salomon realized bout it)
I think the police officials at Carora should just resign, first with the incident where Marcos kidnapped Altagracia and then now Carmen Rosaura became a victim.
