When I accessed cyberkilla's ASM program, it had no indentation until I opened it in EDIT mode (I have universal R). Sure enough, indentation was there, so when I moved his post I tried to replace double-spaces, etc.
My super CallURL program reported there were no double spaces, even though I could see them.
It seems that it is something like a tab character.
So the problem may be that, just as double-spaces are supressed, so are tab-characters so you have to replace them too.
Maybe you have just recently been using tab instead of spaces.
I have to go to the gym to exercise, but I will think about the problem. Probably I need to update the instructions (and also CallURL and JT's program).
All tabs need to be removed and replaced by some number of spaces prior to doing the double-space thing.
(Because I don't know any replacement for TAB that would convert back to TAB when read)
For your general information, if anybody posts a program with double-space indentation, of course nobody can see that indentation. But the person who posted (and me) can to into EDIT and see the spaces. They are saved by network54, along with TABs it seems. But cannot be seen by anyone exept in EDIT mode.
A "feature" of either network54 or the Internet in general for certain HTML operations.
