I voted for Beavis J Smith and it tells me that I have already voted, but truly have not! So is this rigged or what?

If someone else on your network has already voted twice, then it won't allow you (or anyone else on that network) to vote. It recognizes the whole network as one computer address.

I know, it sucks... I sent the link to all my co-workers but their votes won't be counted.

yes this is true for a client-server network (as most large networks are) but a peer-to-peer network doesn't.
