Not one to put a damper on things but I think today was par for the course at best and still looking at a defeat if we are not careful.
Still think Rudolph is batting two places too high but good batsmen will score runs on good pitches wherever they bat in the order. The worry is nobody else could score big runs but managed to score some runs. A sure sign of poor batting on a good pitch.
Without the tail wagging tomorrow I'd expect us to be well behind on first innings and batting to save a draw, not sure we have the skill to do that in the current circumstance.
