The former England cricketer Chris Lewis has been charged with attempted drug smuggling after the seizure of four kilos of cocaine at Gatwick airport, the UK Border Agency said today.

Chris Lewis was never the brightest button in the box.

Lewis was labelled The Prat without a Hat by The Sun, after he was forced off the field with sunstroke having shaved his head and not worn any protection, before the first match of Englands tour of the West Indies in 1994.

The guy also managed to turn up late for a days play during test match for England. The game was being held at the Oval ... guess who Lewis was playing for at the time? .... clue their emblem is the Prince Of Wales Feathers
