you can just imagine some wag in a few years time erecting a statue of Boycs about 22 yards away so that it looks like Dicky is giving him out LBW...

Pure fantasy of course because everyone knows Dickie would never give Boycs out LBW even if the match was at the Oval and the gas tanks were acting as wickets.

well theres todays challenge set - how many times was Boycs given out LBW 9and caught behind?) by Dickie during his first class career?

I suspect its more times than Javed was given out LBW in home tests
