In reality what will happen?

I know a lot of us want major changes before next year to end our years of under performing but who actually thinks things will change?

Will Moxon go? Really can't see it myself, unless he decided to step down off his own back. Have we anyone brave enough to make the decision to remove him.

Will McGrath be replaced as captain? I hope and think Mags will realise he's not suited to it and that it's hurt his game and will step down. Who replaces him is a totally different matter though.

Will Hoggard and/or Shahzad leave? Hope they both stay but have a nagging doubt that Ajmal's head has been turned which would be a massive blow.

Will we bring in quality players from other counties? We've never done it before so can't see that changing now despite a desperate need for more quality.

Will we get that high quality O/S seamer? Will need some great scouting to find a player who can have a major impact and stay for most of the season as the IPL and internationals will discount 90% of players.
