As William Shakespeare (or was it Neville Cardus?) once said:
O be some other name!
What's in a name? That which we call a rose
By any other name would smell as sweet.
You may have noticed that we have a new web address:
whiteroseforum.co.uk
The new URL is obviously more logical, less confusing and easier-to-remember than the previous hodgepodge, and will be helpful in terms of keyword branding. It will almost certainly lead to increased traffic and make the White Rose Forum easier to find - especially for Yorkshire cricket fans who may not yet be familiar with our forum.
Ladies and gentleman, retrofit your bookmarks...and be sure to tell fellow Yorkshire cricket fans and White Rose Forum devotees.
Alex Roberts Owner/moderator, the White Rose Forum
PS: Through the miracle of a "re-direct" our old Web address will still get you to the White Rose Forum

I too wlcome the more logical address (and hopefully the banner at the bottom will disappear soon as Alex suggested). But I can't understand all the comments about the old address being difficult to remember, as I put it in my 'Favorites' (sic) after the first time I visited the Forum.

You don't actually need "www" or "http" with most browsers: they are automatically assumed.
I fixed that little glitch so http://www.whiteroseforum.co.uk now works, but it's easier to type whiteroseforum.co.uk into your browser, since you go directly to the site.
