Very sad .... a good man & umpire ... although God will have to be careful to not let teams in heaven spend long on nelson ... or the weather will be bad
Will never forget a match at Worcester where the batting team was stuck on Nelson for 10 - 15 minutes ... Shep was getting more & more concerened. When a run was finally scored he pulled out a white spotted hankachief to mop his brow
