Hong Kong Sixes

Going on this weekend with England (no Yorkies playing) beating India and Pakistan but losing to Sri Lanka.

6 a side with everyone bowling one over so some interesting bowling figures to say the least and some exceptional strike rates - but then its probably a small ground and only 4 fielders to cover it!

England led by Chris Read with Napier, Trego, Stevens, Dalrymple, Hamilton Brown in the squad.

Cant believe they didn't take Rashid for the experience ?????

well he would have done better than Hamilton brown who went for 34 off one of his overs!

Napier also hit 36 not out of 7 balls and had to retire at 35 - and we still lost

sounds all very mickey mouse and as if the bowlers were told to bowl rubbish so as to entertain or they would not get invited back for next years jolly
