Nottinghamshire squad to face Yorkshire (from): Chris Read, Jake Ball, Jackson Bird, Stuart Broad, Harry Gurney, Alex Hales, Brett Hutton, Michael Lumb, Steven Mullaney, Samit Patel, Greg Smith, Brendan Taylor, Riki Wessels, Luke Wood.

With injuries to a couple of our key bowlers, Notts look to have a stronger seam attack than us in Broad, Bird, Ball & Gurney.

However, we have a big edge with our spin attack (all our 3 spinners are better than Samit?!), and with Root back, and Plunkett at 9 we also have the edge in batting.

With the weather looking a bit dodgy for the first two days, it looks like another draw, but hoping we can get our season up and running with a win, but it will not be easy.

That does look a very good seam attack, a pretty good batting lineup too. This'll be a big test (if they get enough play and the pitch allows a result)

They can only play 11 of them though!

Would expect a good looking pitch to try and tempt Galey into having a toss.

As it's Trent Bridge with forecast overcast conditions I would expect him to put them in.

5 for 95ish at lunch would be nice.
