Re: RLODC v Notts pre-match thread

I couldn't agree more, which is why I really hope they don't open with Willey tomorrow. Pattinson, Broad and Ball is as good a seam attack as there is in county cricket this season.

Bairstow opened for the 2nds yesterday and got a quick 60, Willey made 50 down the order. I suspect that's the plan..

Yes that is right, I went but left at the mid-innings break. Unfortunately nothing (as usual) on the OS re the result. Yorkshire got 295.

Not a bad "2nd XI" for Yorkshire! The Derbyshire boys' heats must have sunk. See Dominic Cork's boy was playing for them.

Thanks for the link, our OS is less than useless for giving us information like this.

Lankys

April 28 2017, 11:46 PM

I see "The Lankys" have been beaten tonight by the mighty Leicestershire Foxes! As they liked to call themselves "the one day kings, Lancashire have a very poor record in this Royal London Cup. They have not qualified from the group stages for at least 3 seasons and I am sure they were bottom of the North Group last year.
