Tell me where to go!

I'm off to cricket tomorrow, but where should I go? The options:

Scarborough: Final day of Yorks v Somerset. Factors to consider. I'm a member so its free. Its 150 mile round trip. All results possible although defeat the most likely. A famous victory not totally out of the equation.

Marske: 2nds in a T20 double header. It'll be free although 180 mile round trip. Result is almost irrelevant but we'll be favorites and I do like to see us win. I assume we'll be fielding a strong team, Marsh, Willey, Leaning, Rafiq, Waite, Rhodes, Fisher so lots of good players on display. Its a new ground.

Chesterfield: I love Queens Park, lovely place to watch cricket. Will have to pay but it's only a 40 mile trip. Game well set up with all results genuinely possible but I've little interest in the outcome and no stars on display. Excellent ,and cheap, tea and lemon cake likely to be on sale.

Thoughts?

Sacrilege alert - Chesterfield sounds like the best day of the three.

Go and watch Yorkshire 1sts at Lords too.

For the ground, Scarborough.

For the excitement, Chesterfield.

For the enjoyment and satisfaction, Marske.

I would be in marske, if I wasn't in corfu. See if you can find captain cook,s father,s grave in st Germans churchyard. Have a stroll on the beach.

2 mile round trip so no-brainer for me.

I want to see a bit more of Brook and TKC batting anyway.

Quite a bit more of Lyth and Lees would be a suitable substitute.

I've just taken my seat in the Peasholme Park stand. I love cricket at Scarborough, every day here is precious.

Not hugely optimistic. We'll do well to save it.

You can still make the second t20 at Marske at this rate...

Can overhear a couple having a heated argument in one of the holiday lets, if only Yorkshire can show that same amount of fire and passion. Not going to chase 337 with 3 of the top 4 batsmen falling for ducks.

Went to Scarborough but we were awful.

Think one of the Marske T20s was rained off and the other won by Durham under DL with the Yorks highlight a Ryan Gibson 100. Info from the Durham site, as if the Yorks OS would ever mentioned the 2s when space can be filled promoting tomorrows 'blast' and the views of the test players we never see.

Durham more or less walked home at Chesterfield with minimal excitement for the neutral.
