Positivity through gritted teeth

Like the sudden optimism of our finishing high enough to qualify for a home draw in the quarter finals.

Unfortunately the relentless search to find something to moan about has identified the fixture list.

Let's wait and see how things pan out shall we.

Agree Geoff, lets wait and see.

I spotted that potential problem a couple of weeks ago, but did not want to tempt fate by mentioning it to soon. The fixture scheduling all season has been a complete mess.

Simply solved by either playing our QF, if we get a hometie, on the Tuesday, or playing it at Scarborough and it not being televised, but that is Sky`s problem not ours, or playing it earlier on the Sat, Sun or Monday of the same week. I appreciate the problems with setting up for the test match, but it is just 40 overs and they then have a further two days to prepare for the test.

THAT ball by Rashid is on Twitter (and no doubt elsewhere).

All four of Adil's wickets are on the BBC Sport site at
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/40734337
as well as an excellent catch by a youngster in the crowd.

Three crowd catches last night.

Sky should offer a prize at the end of the season for the team with the best catch rate in the crowd. Lancs we're giving away trip to Dubai if you caught it wearing a red emirates cap. Last night it was headingley test tickets (5th day no doubt) if you did it with s Yorkshire hat on but none seemed to wear one.

I hope they give tickets to that lad on the BBC, hat or no hat. His smile alone deserves it.

Sky pundits in the pod mentioned it last night Simon and I was more than surprised that Yorks PR didn't cotton on to it and announce that they had given them to the lad.Opportunity missed................so far
