There's probably a fair number of English people who don't know about cricket based on media coverage, Talk Sport actually being Talk Football and Sports supplements consigning cricket to a short para on page 15...

Bad decision . Bad light, player injury, weather - these all fall within the game of cricket as played in this country. Penalising g a side for a completely non-cricket event is absurd. Wonky utilitarian reasoning - teach all teams a lesson on slow over rates - has trumped justice. Still whoever expected just decisions from the neo-liberal ECB ?

Nope, good decision. Even if only based on 'pour encourager les autres.' Admiral Byng didn't get justice, but we did get Nelson's navy and the battle of Trafalgar.
