"Hi dad..." I trailed off when I seen his hand come up, silencing me instantly and I knew I was in deep trouble, but for what I didn't know.
"Save it Molly. I wanna know why you didn't tell me who your two clients were this morning! Do you have ANY idea how angry you've made me?!" Dad shouted, his face becoming a dangerous red.
"Ummm because they're my clients?" I retorted, crossing my arms in front of my chest.
"Little girl don't sass me! You'll be sorry if you do! Now I want an explanation and I want it right fuckin' NOW!" Dad growled, making me put my hands on my hips, my anger getting the best of me.
"SIT DOWN!!" I yelled and stormed over, slamming my door so hard that the force nearly shattered the glass on my window.
Mark was taken a back by his daughter's sudden outburst, but he had to have seen it coming considering all the yelling he was giving her. He just sat back and listened to what she had to say.
"First of all, I'm a grown woman DAD and if I want to date someone, I will, but you being so inconsiderate and bossy just moments ago, you didn't even consider the fact that I don't mix my business with pleasure and before you even say it DAD, I know my place and I know you don't want me to go out with any of the wrestlers and I fully intend NOT too. Does that clear up your suspicions?" I asked angrily, my blood boiling with fury.
Mark was absolutely speechless at his daughter and realized that he indeed was being his ass, but he couldn't help it. He refused to let his daughter get involved with anyone he worked with, no matter what!
"I'm sorry Molly. I just don't want you dating any of my co-workers because its not a healthy relationship process. Look at how my marriage failed. I refuse to see you hurt by one of them." Dad explained, taking my hands in his and staring in my eyes that were idenical to his.
"I understand daddy, but please do NOT snap on me like you just did. I'm a grown woman not a child. Okay?" I asked, making him smile as he hugged me and I hugged him back, knowing he didn't mean to blow up on me.
"Now how about we go get a bite to eat?" Dad asked me and I just smiled.
"I think that sounds like one Hell of an idea!" I replied and kissed his cheek as I got up and locked my office up, once again locking the door and shutting the lights off on my way out and told Jake he was free to go.
He was thrilled as he rushed out of the office, promising to see me tomorrow and I smiled and said I would see him then. With that said and done, me and dad headed off to a nearby restaurant and then he took me home, where I slept and dreamt about not only Brock, but Steve as well.
