VHF petition

On the one hand it's a noble idea insomuch as it allows for more QRP work to be done in the 2 meter band (my present "home").
However...this interferes (on the other hand) with APRS work and appears to be slanted against Packet radio experimentation, as well as the reasons you (Ed) already cited.
My opinion is they ought to let it be, and concentrate on the philosophy of "live and let live".
