Care to elaborate?

Well, Carl, since this ham doesn't frequent survival or gun boards, I'd sure appreciate it if you'd expand on that. In what respect is this board worse than those? This isn't a troll, I'm curious about what prompted your post. Oh, and are you a ham or are you curious about the hobby? I've only been licensed for about a month, so it's all new to me, but I've seen good answers to questions on this forum as well as other intelligent posts. It's not ALL name-calling and whining. ;)
