ULS requirement for Social Security NumberbyI was overjoyed to learn (on this site) that a concerned group of Amateurs were claiming that the FCC's requiring our SS numbers is contrary to the intent of the US Constitution. It appears as if the major point of law is the use of "and", where the FCC is interpreting it as an "or." You would think the folks in the FCC would know a little about boolian math, and how it is applied in the use of the English language. As a decendant of English colonists that fought to free us from opressive government control, I have learned the importance of studying the historical basis for the writing of law. Reinterpreting law for today's society is WRONG! Just as wrong as any government agency's reinterpreting a law to suit their needs or desires. Case in point: In Nazi Germany there was no Bill of Rights. The government required all civilian guns be registered. Then they showed the world the only thing registration is effective for: confication. With a defenseless population, it was quite easy to then work on their true goal. The extermination of the Jews. Don't say "that can't happen here." Remember Clinton got the Center for Disease Control to come out with a statement declaring that guns are a major cause of death in America. The only thing that lie proved is that the CDC is a puppet of the Clinton administration. Now I don't feel I can rely on anything the CDC says. Isn't it strange that the democrats today are using the same plan to turn society over to those that have no respect for the laws? Remember the founders of this great country thought it was necessary for us to keep guns to protect ourselves FROM an opressive government. So what does this have to do with giving our SS# to the FCC? The Nazi's lied when they regestered the people's guns, they had something much bigger in mind. Why would the FCC want our SS#? Any guess we could come up with now would probably be no better than what a German Jew could have guessed in the 1930's. All we know is that it is ILLEGAL, and they should not be allowed to get away with it. If we all could take the time to learn and understand the original meaning of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, we would be amazed at the number of illegal laws we have on the books now. Let's not let the FCC get away with another one, regardless why they want to. Knowing how long these legal actions sometimes take, I thank God that my license does not expire for another seven years. from IP address 205.188.198.182 Goto Forum Home |
