ULS

by mike

Monday night I logged into the FCC ULS computer for the first time. I had already set up a password and registered my SS#. There was a note there that a program would be downloaded to Netscape users to make it easier to conduct business in the future (or something like that).
Ever since that night, I have had lots of problems getting onto the net. Somewhere in my computer some settings were changed. I deleted the FCC icon in dial up networking and have managed to get back on the net the last couple of days with some difficulty. Has anyone else had these kinds of problems?

All total, I spent 90 minutes getting my address changed on my licence last Monday. That's in addition to the hour I spent registering my SS#. I got kicked off it twice for some reason and had to wait for each new item to download. I sure am glad they got rid of that pesky form 610. It would have taken me 2 minutes to fill that out. I guess in time they will work the bugs out, but for now I am not impressed.
