Just a couple of questions

This may seem like a lot but I realy know nothing on most of this subject and am trying to cover some really fast ground. First I am looking for a moris code tutorial preferbaly windows based. Second if any one has an good documents (preferible with diagrams on wire anttena constructions and the use of resistors to assist tuning. Third if any one has any good software for use with a sound card on a computer something that will pick up sounds that the human ear can't hear and finaly if some one could tell me if computer software exisits that could send something like a computer file over a ssb radio operating 1.6 to 59.9999 mhz.
