I have bought at least 130 items on ebay without losing once. Stay away from people with little feedback as a rule. I have bought from such people and been satisfied, but as a rule don't buy anything over a few $ from them. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Would you buy at a ham fest from someone you don't know?
