I believe there are about 1.5 million Amateur radio operators, worldwide. You cannot trend out U.S. domestic issues to the international market. There remains a large and viable international market for Amateur equipment, sufficient to justify the manufacture of HF radio equipment. If you have other information please post facts and the source, rather than lots of innuendo, rumors and fearmongering. Please identify which manufacturers are leaving ham radio. Also note that when some stores leave ham radio, others have entered the field (for example, Bremerton Radio Depot and Sound Radio Products entered the Seattle market about the time Amateur Radio Supply left it.)

Your interest seems to be primarily complaining and finding fault. It is easy to complain, to whine and to criticize - it is hard work to conceptualize solutions, and to implement them successfully within a government regulated political environment. I have been working hard to identify, recommend and implement fixes to make the Amateur service better. I have been working hard to promote innovation and change in the Amateur service. You, on the other hand, whine and complain about a single issue, once or twice a day, every day. You refuse to identify yourself with a name, a callsign or an email address. You refuse, apparently, to back up what you write with your own reputation. Past posts made in August and September were often quite contradictory in the stories you told.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with your endless posts, every day, saying nearly the same thing? As of today, you account for >50% of the messages on this page, and probably >35% on the next page. Shall I rename this forum the LWLongbow Discussion Forum? Since this is no longer the Ham Radio Online Discussion Forum, I am seriously considering removing it entirely.
