operators in my area

Am looking for operators in the Santa Fe, NM area who will let me be in touch with them IF there are major power outages,etc.Jan.1,2000. Done my home work. Besides if there are outages, I won't be one of them and you could bring your equip. here and have power. I mean that. Will check the discussion forum later on. Thanks for your time. Gwendolyn.
