I am entering my first year as a youth football coach in upstate New York. The boys are 8-9 years old, with 10 year olds who weigh under 70 lbs. also eligible. I am looking for some drills to gain agility, speed and conditioning. Specifically non contact drills we can use for the first week before contact. As these boys are younger, I am looking for drills that would accomplish the above and are also fun so the boys stay interested. Any help is appreciated. |
