BUT, I am reasonably sure that CROSMAN'S LAWYERS would not let them sell the unit if it was not AT LEAST DOUBLE the strength needed for 2000 psi fill.
One observation ( anectdotal as it is ) , when milling and drilling, the metel did not seem ANY DIFFERENT ( hardness wise ) then a 22xx tube, and I could not see any difference in them at all.
But I am happy with the results, I get 10 full power shots from a 2000 psi fill, and it is easy to pump and does not take many pumps to get there....pretty much using 100 psi per shot, as there is 1000 psi showing on the pump's gage when filling after 10 shots.
For sure, there is not enough stryker spring to use much more than 2000 psi,
so I will keep it at that.....besides, I don't want to wear out the pump. |
