I was having a problem with two of my guns including the 760 where the magnet kept coming out.. I don't know if it was because of the lubes I was using or what... This was before I knew that detergent oil was bad and I used to use WD40 and Marvel Mystery Oil on three of my pumpers... It sure put a beating on my outer valve seals... They started making fart noises...

AT YOUR OWN RISK or if you have an old extra to mess with maybe you could try holding a soldering iron to the magnet at tiny intervals to get it loose but don't over do it and melt too much of the plastic..

Actually I have an extra old 2100 bolt that I can try the technique out on... I'll let you know how it turns out...
