i disagree with you disagreement

pumper technology has not advanced much because market place pressures dont exist to drive it forwrd more; for Bubba Joe knocking starlings off the feeders, its just fine. And for a company like Crosman, Bubba Joe is the majrity of their customer base, and therefre no reason to invest in developing the next generation of pumpers

and no one has said the millenium pumper has to be a commercial endevor.

the MPP is for us pumper fans only. much like the USFT/hunter and the AC builds, the info is in the public domain for anyone to use

i do agree though that it wont amount to anything commercial (barring of course some inexpensive radical technology that is easy-cheap- to produce

but i'd also be willing to bet tht there is some engineering toward improving it going on
