A receiver mounted rear peep sight (Mendoza, Williams, Beeman, etc....) might work for you, but I don't know of any front sight options.
A possibility may be one of the screw mounted front sights on older Crosman air rifles or even some of the older .22 rimfire rilfes. One could be mounted to a muzzle brake slipped onto the barrel after the original plastic sight was removed.
