I confess I'm not familiar with the design and haven't even looked at diagrams, but...
Sometimes it's the lateral movement that can cause variance in trigger parts, where the parts are dandy for contact surfaces face to face or whatever, but may need shimming on the sides to keep alignment true.
Where possible I like to use those super thin, springy wave washers to take up the slack because they apply light continuous pressure to parts without imparting friction to speak of. Usually a hardware store item.
