One more medium power (or as I think it right power), hunter.
Remember back when the Tasco 3-9X was hot stuff in the low cost scope picksthats about then this gun got born. First a 12gr. CO2, then a bulk fill CO2, then the first 2260 HiPacs
Unfortunately, it tests out as one of my least accurate PCPs. But it is accurate enough to be my #1 tree squirrel killer over the years. Light enough to carry all day (as shown, 6 pounds 11 ounces) but long enough to give the weight-forward balance I want for hunting.
So basically its a Benjamin 392 in power. But rather than taking 320 pumps to shoot 40 times, it takes 48 pumps to shoot 40 times (yeah3 stage pump strokes, but still a lot less effort).
One fill.40 shots (5 shots each) at 22 yards
Same target with a bunch of numbers written all over it;
So yesterdays 12 foot pound .177 is nearly twice as accurate.
Yet the less accurate .22 HiPac is still one of the most reliable squirrel guns in my safe.
