I've not seen a LER scope with AO before WyoMan.
Most non-AO scopes can have their parallax adjusted easily though.
There are several sites online with instructions on how to change the parallax setting of scopes.
Here's the first one I found googling...
I've reset both pistol and rifle scopes using this kind of procedure. Not as handy as a real AO for going between 10 yard and 50 yard shooting, but if you mostly shoot within a certain range it really helps. Better than trying to use with the 100yd parallax of most scopes.
