Okay, same gun as usual. My question is about the stocks. I notice that the slight comb has been removed, more like the 2260/1760 stocks. Also notice that the 10-15 degree angle cut from the stock to forearm area has been removed (thank god!); still has the Crosman tapered down area, oh well.

This obsevation is only from the pictures I have seen online from various dealers and such. The guns aren't labeled as "phase III" but Crosman's site has Phase three PDF files availble for the guns. Are the phase three indeed as I described above?

I think I will have to order a new stock if so.

The .pdf manuals have never shown the new style stock.

Meanwhile the Crosman and PyramydAir sites still show the new style with comb and angle. So my guess would be that that's still current production.

Personally, I prefer it, although it does make the open sights less comfortable to use.

Yeah, that's what I thought, Steve...

I was wondering why there is even a phase three schematic if they are the same still. Lately I have been seeing the older looking, I guess, and was thinking that Crosman might have reverted to the older Crosman design.
